it was a nice neet and tidy room with everything you need to stay
no hot water in the morning just not good enough
Close to Melbourne city, iga store, trams, and restaurants.
Close to all Amenities. Will use again in a few monhts
Heating not working adequately No electric blanket on beds Control on other house gusts needs to be reviewed
Convenient to the venue we were attending, and close to the city via public transport.
My only criticism would be that the sofa in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the apartment was fine.
It is well located with the parks near by offering a country feel although you are next to the city. You also have shop across the road to buy all you need to stay in and cook for yourself, of you can get take away. Over all it is the location that i liked the most.
convenient to city, close to park lands, public transport, and ideal for visitors to city
Good location for the east side of the city. Reasonably quiet considerng main road location.
Communal areas a bit run down and windows at the front of the complex were filthy. A window cleaner would make a huge difference!
Walking distance to supermarket and hospital. Excellent spot for overnight accom for outpatients or people having early morning day surgery. For example children needing surgery at the mercy hospital.
Windows need an external clean. Smoking outside rooms by others enters through door gaps and bathroom vents. Would be nice if venue was a smoke free environment. All in all these two points are very minor
The front desk man Bill was great!
Perfect positioning for our stay. Close to eateries, shopping, tram, ACU, MCG. Receptionist was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us get our bearings. Nice garden oasis area to eat, drink and relax without street noise.
Close to where we needed to be, and the staff were friendly.
To many steps if you have a pram.
Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced.
We wished there had been black out blinds.
Location and parking
Yes, the fire alarm malfunctioning at 4.38am, calling the help number provided and being told we'd have to fix it ourselves by climbing on a stool to remove the battery. Not what we were looking forward to doing after a flight from LA. When we mentioned it to the person on the desk, we got little more than a shrug, certainly no apology for a bad experience.
Close to trams to city, museum, supermarket, hospitals.
TV not good enough; no oven. Cutlery poor.
